CANCELATION POLICY

Transportation cancelation requests must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled transfer for full refund.
Transfers canceled less than 30 day prior to your arrival are non-refundable.
Cancelations must be submitted in writing via email using the contact us form or to info@islanddmctransfers.com


ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TRANSFERS

Arrival Process: Island Destination Services Ltd. Meet & Greet Staff will welcome your guests at the airport and guide them to their transportation. Our Meet & Greet staff will be assigned on all arrival and departure days.

Upon arrival at Sir Lynden Pindling International Airport you will follow signs to immigration where you will present your passport. After departing immigration you will go to Baggage Claim to identify and collect your luggage. You will then clear customs and depart the terminal where an Island Destination Services (IDS) greeter wearing a yellow uniform shirt, will be holding signage that states "WORLD COUNCIL OF CREDIT UNIONS". Our staff will direct you and your luggage to the appropriate shuttle and will be equipped to lend assistance to passengers who have lost or delayed luggage.

Departure Process: On departure day, guests will participate in a bag pull and must then identify their luggage prior to departing the hotel and before boarding their airport transfer vehicle. After guests have identified the luggage, luggage will then be transferred to the airport. Island Destination Services Ltd. Staff will be positioned at the hotel to assist guests and dispatch vehicles to the airport.

The IDS Staff positioned at Sir Lynden Pindling International Airport will be advised via radio communication of guests estimated arrival time in order to coordinate luggage identification. Transportation pick-ups for guests will be scheduled approximately 3.5 hours prior to air departure.

Signs: IDS will provide standard greeter and bus signs in color.

Baggage liability: IDS will not be responsible for loss, delay or damage to baggage, unless directly caused by negligent acts or omissions of IDS.

Staff Uniforms: IDS representatives are easily identifiable in their uniforms consisting of yellow shirts with IDS logo and khaki pants.


RESPONSIBILITY

Neither party shall under any circumstances be liable for special or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of revenue, cost of capital or claims of customers.

INSURANCE

Island Destination Services Ltd. will carry adequate liability including auto liability and other insurance to protect itself against any claims arising from activities immediately prior to, during, and immediately following the services provided.
